This is a hands-on class that is designed to enter Grandfather”s world of Medicinal Plants. You will study identification, collection, and preparation of the medicinal bounty that is found in the area of the Primitive Camp, as well as the blending and mixing of plants in order to get the greatest health benefits. The focus will be on a spiritual approach, and you will learn the subtleties of inner vision guidance when it comes to discerning the qualities and uses of each plant. You will learn not only the basic medicinal qualities of these herbs, but get into some of the more complicated mixtures, catalysts, compounds and tinctures, as well as other forgotten preparations. This class will be a grand study of Grandfather’s ways and the manner in which he taught Tom the science and art of medicinal plants.
