".... And like the Sacred circle of life, the circle of the
unseen, ancient, and eternal, without beginning or ending, is the
power of the timeless circle of eternity."
Grandfather - 1964
Way of the Void
The Great Void, defined in Grandfather”s Worlds as the Realm of the Shaman, is an area that Tom has, in the past, vehemently avoided teaching. Why? Simply stated, the concepts of the Void and its many powers are so detailed that he did not believe they could be taught to large groups of people. However, after several very successful Intensive classes on this subject, Tom realized that each person is led to, and will ultimately reach, the place of the Void in their own unique way. The Void can be a very dangerous and confusing place, so each exercise, each journey, will be undertaken very carefully, and with a tremendous focus on safety.

Note: Before you can volunteer for a class, you must have taken it first. Click here for more information on volunteering.
Volunteers are a vital part of making each class a success. Having graduates of a class available to answer questions and help out in workshops is of tremendous value to current students, and provides a much larger pool of people they can turn to for assistance. As well, volunteers help to prepare and serve meals, head up the student crews and assist Instructors and Interns in lecture and workshop preparation - all of which are essential when it comes to keeping classes running smoothly. And don't forget, whenever you're not needed as a helper, we encourage you to sit in on the lectures and participate in the exercises and workshops. It's a great way to brush up on your skills, or discover what you may have missed the first time around!
