This class crosses the chasm into some of the most powerful ancient knowledge that Grandfather ever taught me, allowing me to push the envelope that much further. My initial approach to “Awareness” was always very physical in nature; this class will incorporate both physical and spiritual awareness, reaching a much more balanced plane. And since awareness is not just something you take into the woods, it is a vital part of your everyday world; whether it’s life at work, home, or on a shopping spree in the middle of Manhattan – If we are to reach a place of true spiritual growth in our whole beings – we must learn to incorporate it into our lives holistically, with every breath we take
