"...the Sacred State of Awareness is not something to live part of the time or when need dictates.... Awareness is a way of life, a philosophy unto itself, and must be passionately lived always."- Grandfather, 1962
Tom and Grandfather taught that awareness was not only the most important skill in survival, but the most important skill in life. For them it was a consciousness, a place, a state, a power, an energy, and a cornerstone of everything they did. And like the Sacred Question, Grandfather said "the biggest problem with awareness is the failure to live it."
Awareness is both unpretentiously simple and mind-numbingly complex at the same time. From honing awareness of your physical senses to awareness as a doorway to the Spirit, it requires much to fully embrace the kind of awareness that Grandfather spoke of.
So, in this class we're going to dive into the ways that Tom taught awareness and pass on some exercises that will help us all expand our awareness and deepen our connection with the earth. We will hear stories and reflections from folks who learned from Tom for over one, two, three, even five decades, and whose journeys towards greater awareness should be inspiring and useful. By the end of the class we should all feel closer to living awareness and having it truly become part of our everyday lives.
Pre-requisite: None other than being part of the Tracker Family.
