This class is a full-blown learning experience that draws on all that Grandfather warned about diseases and pandemics of the future and my own observations. But let’s not leave out the lineage of Elders that were also concerned about the onslaught of diseases. You would think that living in the southwest that there would be no worry back then about disease, but on the contrary, this is far from the truth. You have to remember that most of the early native people living here were killed off not by war but by the diseases that the early explorers and settlers brought with them from Europe. This was terrifying, especially to the herbalists of the clan, because they had not yet learned what medicinal plants would cure these new diseases.That is why this class is so important, in that all of the accumulated knowledge of the Elders, of Grandfather, and the little that I have to offer will be taught in this online class. There will be very little review of past classes in that these teachings I’ve held off from other classes because of the complexity, scope and intense detail of what I want to teach. Also, this information would not fit in the normal online format that we usually use when doing classes.
