Cancellation/Registration Policy

Registration Policy for Limited Size Classes

1. Deposits for all classes shall be $300.

2. You will not be considered registered until the office sends you a confirmation.

3. When a class closes, a waiting list shall be started. You will be notified of your placement on the waiting list.

4. Balance of tuition must be received two weeks prior to class. We shall debit your credit card on this date. If paying by check or money order, it is your responsibility to have balance in on time. If you have not paid your balance at least two weeks prior to class, we will assume that you have canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

5. If you cancel two or more weeks prior to class and your slot is filled, you will be charged a $100 administration fee. The balance of the monies received shall be carried over as a class credit.

6. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to class and your slot is filled, you will be charged a $200 administration fee. The balance of the monies received shall be carried over as a class credit.

7. If you cancel and your slot cannot be filled you will forfeit the balance paid to date.

8. If you do not arrive at class and you have not cancelled, you will lose your entire class payment.

9. All class credits are valid for one year. Your credits will be kept on file at our office for one year.

10. Credits are transferable only once. If you redeem your credits, then cancel your registration for that class, your credits will not be transferable again.

11. In the unlikely event that Tracker cancels or changes class dates, you will be given a full refund. Tracker will not be liable for any other costs due to cancellations or date changes.

School Policies

1. You must be 18 years of age to attend classes.

2. Tracker School is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

3. Tracker School cannot accept student mail or phone calls (except for emergencies)

4. Use of video recorders is not permitted.

5. Pets are not permitted during classes

6. Use of illegal/illicit drugs or alcohol is not permitted and will result in your immediate removal from class without a refund.

7. Please do not bring protected bird species feathers to class.

8. There are no accommodations available before or after classes.

9. Tracker School is not responsible for your time between classes run back-to-back.

10. Fraternization is discouraged between students. If you feel a fellow student is acting inappropriately towards you in class please notify an instructor.

If an instructor asks you to curb your behavior and you choose not to, you will be removed from class without a refund.
